This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the PHPKing software ("Software"). By purchasing, installing, or using this software, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. License Grant
Upon purchasing PHPKing, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on the number of domains specified in your purchased plan.

This license permits you to:
• Install and use the software on your licensed domain
• Customize the software for your personal or business use
• Use the software to provide services to your clients

2. License Activation
Each purchase of PHPKing includes a license key that must be activated on the intended domain. The license key is used to verify the authenticity of your installation.

Unauthorized use, sharing, or distribution of the license key is strictly prohibited.

3. Restrictions
You may NOT:
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software without permission
• Share the software files publicly
• Remove or modify copyright notices
• Sell the script as a standalone product
• Use one license on multiple domains unless allowed by your plan

Violation of these restrictions may result in license termination without refund.

4. Updates
Customers with an active license may receive updates, improvements, and bug fixes when they become available.

Some updates may require license validation before installation.

5. Support
Technical support is provided to customers with valid licenses. Support includes:
• Installation guidance
• Bug fixes
• Basic usage assistance

Support does not include custom development or advanced modifications.

6. Ownership
PHPKing remains the intellectual property of its creators. Purchasing the software grants you usage rights only, not ownership of the software itself.

This license will automatically terminate if you violate any of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete all copies.

8. Liability
PHPKing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developers shall not be liable for any damages, data loss, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the software.

9. Modifications to Agreement
